Jim Brossy’s “Larger than Life”
September 3 through September 26
Explore Jim Brossy’s Larger Than Life, an exhibition of mixed media paintings, in which Brossy constructs random moments of a weathered Americana, using a variety of materials. See it from September 3 through September 26 at the Pier. The exhibition is free and open to the public. Cherry Street Pier is open rain or shine.

Gravy Studio’s “The Time Is Yours”

The Time is Yours showcases the work of photographers that span the globe. From Pennsylvania to India, this body of work offers an interpretation of this concept while documenting one of our most valuable natural resources: people. This exhibition is part of the 20/20 Photo Festival in Philadelphia which follows the theme History Informs Contemporary.

Stroll the scenic Race Street Pier adjacent to Cherry Street Pier. Observe the sweeping views of the Delaware River and the Ben Franklin Bridge. Don’t miss Tracey Emin’s A Moment Without You, The first installation in Water Marks, a multi-year program in partnership with Philadelphia Contemporary. The work features five diminutive cast-bronze songbirds perched atop monumental 13-foot poles.

Brazilian Day Philadelphia part of the PECO Multicultural Series
Sunday, September 5 from 1 pm to 5 pm
Organized by Project Capoeira, join us as we celebrate the beauty of Brazil. This day-long festival shares Brazilian arts and culture with the Greater Philadelphia region while fostering intercultural exchange and uniting the Brazilian community. The afternoon will be filled with live capoeira, samba dance, and batucada performances.

WASHINGTON AVENUE PIER AND PIER 68
Bike, stroll and jog along the Delaware River Waterfront at Washington Avenue Pier and Pier 68 (the official fishing Pier) for even more beautiful views at some of the Waterfront’s most relaxing spaces.

Delaware River Trail Construction: Construction for the exciting Delaware River Trail is happening along Columbus Boulevard. The project is making headway and will result in a stunning multi-use trail that will increase accessibility to the Waterfront. The trail is scheduled for completion in Fall 2021.
