Spring Celebration & Concert with Walk Around Philadelphia
Celebrate the start of spring on the Delaware River Waterfront at the Spring Celebration & Concert at Cherry Street Pier, marking the completion of Walk Around Philadelphia’s 10th Anniversary cycle of perimeter walks.
Enjoy an afternoon of high-energy live music featuring Batala Philly’s samba reggae drummers and the West Philadelphia Orchestra’s Balkan brass band, plus plenty of joyful surprises (line dancing, anyone?). It’s a lively, family-friendly way to welcome warmer days with community, culture, and waterfront views.
This free event is open to all. Drop in anytime between 2 and 5 pm and celebrate a decade of movement, connection, and Philly pride.
Parking on-site will be limited due to I-95 CAP construction. However, many great ways to access the Waterfront include walking and biking along the Delaware River Trail, rideshare, and public transit. To ensure a seamless visit, guests can visit the ‘Know Before You Go’ guide for parking recommendations, directions, FAQs, and more.
