My Family by Amy Kelly
Experience My Family, an intimate and personal show by Cherry Street Pier Studio Resident Amy Kelly, on view this fall in the Terrace Gallery. This special exhibition features new mixed-media works, photographs, and sketches created by Amy and her family, offering a touching look at how art can bring generations together. Free and open to the public.
Opening Reception: Friday, October 3, 5 PM – 7 PM
Through shared creativity, this exhibition highlights the joy, growth, and connection that occur when families create side by side. It’s a celebration of love, lineage, and the power of artistic expression in everyday life.
About the Artist:
Amy Kelly is a Philadelphia-based mixed media artist and educator with a passion for portraiture and symbolism. She holds a BFA in Drawing from Kutztown University and has been teaching art since 2013. Amy creates deeply personal, commissioned works that explore themes of world religions and cross-cultural symbols, blending them into textured, expressive portraits.
Parking on-site will be limited due to I-95 CAP construction. However, many great ways to access the Waterfront include walking and biking along the Delaware River Trail, rideshare, and public transit.
