Cherry Street Pier presents Open for November, a group exhibition curated by Philadelphia-based artist and Resident Caroline Stoughton. On view from November 7 to 30, the show marks Stoughton’s curatorial debut and explores how seasonal change sparks reflection, creativity, and new ways of seeing. Free and open to the public.
Opening Reception: Friday, November 7, 6–8 PM
Featuring work by more than ten contemporary artists—including Agostina Gho, Cony Madariaga, Eustace Mamba, Jo Gamel, Laura Madeleine, Lauren Silver, Matthew Avery Thompson, Sarah Rose Kelley, The Qwiett, Traci Johnson, Zane Schultz, and more—the exhibition embraces the moods, memories, and sensations stirred by the turning of the seasons.
Expect a vibrant mix of painting, sculpture, and mixed media that examines personal and collective responses to change.
