Independence Weekend on the Waterfront
Celebrate Independence Day YOUR way with an epic weekend on the Delaware River Waterfront with more fun than ever, featuring Fireworks at 9:30 pm on June 28 only. Festivities are free and open to the public. Food, drink, and select amenities are pay-as-you-go. All ages are welcome.

- Saturday Summer Concert Series at Spruce Street Harbor Park at 7:30 pm
- U.S. Army Band Pershing’s Own Concert, part of Wawa Welcome America at Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest at 8 pm
- Independence Day Weekend Fireworks on the Waterfront at 9:30 pm
Sunday, June 28
- Liberty Flea at Cherry Street Pier from 10 am to 4 pm
- Family Funday Sunday at Spruce Street Harbor Park from 1 pm to 4 pm
- Skate with Characters at Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest from 2 pm to 4 pm.
Parking on-site will be limited due to I-95 CAP construction. However, many great ways to access the Waterfront include walking and biking along the Delaware River Trail, rideshare, and public transit.
